A flaw in Linksys router

A flaw was found in Linksys WRT54GC router. It allows to attack the device. A vulnerability in diagnostics.cgi script allows user to perform certain actions via HTTP without need of any authentication. The flaw may be used to launch DoS attack. Vulnerability was found in versions 1.01.5 and. 1.00.7. Other versions may be affected also. <via Arcabit.pl>

Hackers forum closed by attack!

An underground hacker forum PakBugs was hacked and taken offline. PakBugs was a place where people discussed hacking techniques, sold malicious code and stolen logins, passwords and credit card numbers.

Smart SMS attack.

Australian cybercriminals used SMS option to inform potential victims they won money in lottery. Alleged winners are asked to call a number and provide their own telephone number. It result in multiple phone calls that ask victims to provide their bank details and pay a commission.
